1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Replica ("Service"), operated by Data Karma AI LLC ("Data Karma," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Replica is a synthetic test data generation service for Salesforce. The Service generates artificial, synthetic data for use in Salesforce sandbox and scratch org environments. Replica does not copy, read, or access your production Salesforce data.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to generate data for malicious purposes
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Salesforce Integration

By connecting your Salesforce org to Replica:

  • You represent that you have authority to connect the org
  • You understand we access org metadata (schema) only
  • You agree to Salesforce's terms of service
  • You acknowledge that generated data is inserted into your org via API

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your account data and any configurations you create.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Data Karma AI LLC. You retain ownership of your configurations and any custom templates you create.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATA KARMA AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Data Karma AI LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
